I am 13, I eat pretty healthy (no heavy meats) and I am starting to run a 1 mile everyday, hoping for a new first day look, will running 1 mile a day make a difference in my look, a noticible difference?

Running.

Yes

A great plan. I would suggest that you instead set a time period (a half hour, an hour) in which to run. Make yourself run the entire time, at your best steady pace. Don't sprint. Eventually you will be going further and increasing your cardiovascular endurance, as well as building up your calves and suchlike.

yea, it should make a difference. But what may help you even more is make yourself a goal, to run..persay....4 miles for you first day back to school. Thats what my girlfriend gonna do, and its helpin her.
