I've got alot of studying to do for my final exams which are coming up soon, I'm a little overweight and I was wondering if anyone has some untime constricting exercises to help loose weight and not gain it sitting on my butt working hard studying.

All excersise is good excersise no matter how little of it you do. If your busy preparing for your finals its a few weeks/months in the grand scheme of things, if you really cannot make time for 30 mins excercise every other day take the stairs instead of the elevator, go the long way round to class or whatever cut down on snacks, the little things do add up.You can get away with going to the gym 3 times a week for an hour and get results or prehaps a 20-30min run in the mornings or bike to collage or whatever.Just look at your daily routine and just see where you can fit something a bit physical in it.Got a girlfriend? If so you've got yourself a multigym
