I have been reading about the strengthening of the pubococcygeus muscle in order to help delay orgasm. I suffer from mild Premature Ejaculation. The first ejaculation usually comes within 2 minutes. If I engage in a second session, I last between 10 and 30 minutes. I've read about the Masters and Johnson stop start method as well but that seems to be much more effective with a partner. Has anyone tried this method? It sounds reasonable to me but at the same time I'm not sure if it's too good to be true. Can anyone give testimony that this technique actually works to delay orgasm? I am willing to work at controlling my orgasm I just don't want to be led astray by a technique that does not actually work.
I want to be clear that I am interested specifically in the use of the technique in order to help with Premature Ejaculation. I am wondering if anyone on this board who suffers from some form of PE has found success with this method. Thanks for your time!
