I'm a virgin and uncircumsized, and my "nozzle" or Urethral Opening seems to be inflamed and somewhat asymetrical with one side a bit swollen, hence pee won't flow in a straight stream. It also hurts a lot if I touch it directly.I normally shower twice a day and use normal soap. Sometimes the soap feels like it's stinging my bell end. Is the inflammation caused by the soap? What else could I try to clean my bell end? Unperfumed soap? unperfumed non-soap substitute? Just salty water? Just water? What do you guys use, and have any of you experienced a similar thing?

"Nozzle" inflammation

It sounds like the soap may be causing some irritation. Just water should usually be enough for cleaning.

I use regular body wash when I wash down there. I never have that problem from soap though. I have had the problem though, from wearing clothing that rubbed the area (and sometimes masturbating with my pants on ). I'd say that you should just let the little bugger be for a while and see what happens. Most likely it will heal and you can be about your ways. If it is the soap, then I wouldn't use it anymore. Like I've said, I use soap, and it's never caused a problem like this.Xathg

it isn't uncommon for an uncut penis to experience a little redness or pain near the tip. Usual causes (from my experience) include:having the tip rubbing against clothing - keep it covered as much as possible or become a nudist - hehe.masturbating under the covers so the tip is in contact with sheets or blankets - either get rid of the covers or find a way to prop them up.but yes, the soap may be the culprit too. That opening can be sensitive to one of the ingredients in the soap and you might be getting a rash-like reaction to it. so don't use the soap for a weeek or three and see what happens. but please wash thoroughly with plain water or no one will want to get near you after the first week - hehe.
