If the urination problems started then, I wonder if the ureter got caught up as well, in what I take was a scrotal hernia? tell your doctor about it, and they should check that out during the operation. See how the urination is after the operation.Do you actually ejaculate too soon, or does it just feel like that?

Does ball cancer effects urination?

@Tony My forskin is not tight, it's just glued, and I;m getting surgery next week@Inelligible Sorry but I don't know what youre talking about, what is scrotal hernia?
-
Glued with what? Can you not unglue it with water? Anyway the doc will know how to fix it.

It's attached, it's not tight it just doesn't pull down because the foreskin is like glued or attached to it...

I would try it with warm water. When you stand in the shower then soak the foreskin with water and then gently try to roll it back. This worked for me. I could not pull it back. But after stretching the end of the foreskin under the shower I was able to roll it back. Imagine you have a rolled out pizza dough and then you roll it in. This is how I did it. This way I was able to "uncover" the glans bit by bit until I was able to roll the foreskin back completely. Maybe this works for you, too. Stretching and rolling.

The medical name for the foreskin's being attached is an adhesion. Adhesion is normal at birth, but at some time between birth and puberty (sometimes not until well into puberty) it usually unsticks. However sometimes the skin cells grow together a bit and it has to be separated under anaesthetic.
A hernia is a hole in the abdominal wall that separates the contents of the abdomen, including the intestines, from the rest of the body. There is a natural hole at the scrotum that the testicles come down through into the scrotum very early in life, that is then supposed to close up. If it doesn't close up they can sometimes get sucked back up, but the body temperature is too high there.
The doctor's test of holding the scrotum and getting you to cough is a test for a scrotal hernia.
