Birth control and My Period

Birth control regulates your period, helps ease cramps, and often lightens the flow. It'll definitley regulate your cycle. A mod will come by soon and they'll be able to give you more detail.(Pink font is very hard to read, by the way.)

ok that im glad thats true thanks

It depends what type of birth control you're talking about. The pill will regulate your periods for sure, but it never lightend my flow or eased my cramps one jot, and I've never heard anyone else saying it would either. If you've had kids the Mirena IUD will CERTAINLY both lighten your bleeding and put an end to pms, that's an absolute given; but unfortuntely you can only have an IUD fitted if you've already had kids.

Oh, well, everyone I know on birth control (lots of people, we're pretty open) say it's eased cramps, lightened the flow, all but eliminated PMS and cleared up their skin. I'm still pretty PMSy (that could just be me though ) but I've definitely had all of the other perks to the Pill.
