It seems that I have a frenulum under the head of my penis on the TOP SIDE! Yes I have one on the underside, but at the top side too! But it looks abit different from the underside one!It looks alot more delicate.. like a sharp tug would tear it, and basically it is stopping me from pulling my foreskin any further than the head! Obviously this is quite worrying..I've asked a few mates and they INSIST they do not have a frenulum or something very like a frenulum under the head on the top side of their penis. I think maybe it is something everyone has when they are younger, but breaks as you go through the early stages of puberty.. but mine hasn't? Any help would be appreciated.

maybe see a urologist about it?i'm circumsized so dunno?i though it was a skin bridge at first but you only get those a result of circ.i thnk, pretty sure.

No, you don't have to be circumcised to have a skin bridge, and it sounds like that's what this is. When you're born the glans adheres to the foreskin, and they separate later. Sometimes they don't separate fully properly, and you can get bridges of skin. A doctor can cut through a skin bridge under local anaesthetic - it's a very minor operation.

I am happy to report that with a LITTLE twisting and a little tug the skin bridge broke! There was a very slight pain but NO blood!

happy to hear that
