I was just flipping though the channels and his guests caught my attention. It seems pretty interesting.
naaaaaaw the end cant be near, remember three V-Dubs for under 17,000! so as long as we price german made cars somewhat moderately we'll be alright...
When pigs mate, is it called Shake 'n' Bacon? or Porking the other white meat?
I'm sorry, I couldn't read any further than "one more chess move towards the final apocalyptic vision of Iran`s maniacal leaders?"This is obviously a very ignorant discussion.
The Word of God - Surprisingly indistinguishable from one's own personal opinion.
I'm pretty familiar with those guys, and somewhat familiar with Christian publishing.I can tell you that everytime there is some huge development in the MidEast one of these guys, or someone like them, writes a new book on how this works in to the end times. Problem is, they never come back and explain themselves when they're wrong. Like 30 years ago it was all about the Soviet Union being the bear coming down from the north (an image in Revelation) and starting Armegeddon. Of course the Soviet Union no longer exists and Armegeddon still hasn't happened. There are a lot of different viewpoints when it comes to eschatology (meaning study of the end times...your word for the day). Most Christian scholars take a far different view than Beck's buddies. Many of us believe that the book of Revelation is NOT a road map of the way things are absolutely going to be. I think that comes from severely misreading it.However, just because these guys have these views on the end times doesn't make them fundamentalist whack-jobbs spouting bs to incite fear. That's an unfair portrayal. They're actually very smart men who get a lot of other things right. They have their opinions. That's their right.
