okay oaky Heres my deal. I am 19 years old and I weight 250 Lbs, I am 6 Ft 1 I used to work at McDonalds, and so I gianed some weight and now I work a desk job at a hotel, and I have seemed to gain even more then what I would have at McDonalds, but here's the thing, I have less energy and I sleep a lot more working at this job then I did at McDonalds. My genes are pretty big themselves and I have alwyas been a big boy, but it is starting to hang over now and loosk horrible. I don't know what to do it is wierd that I gaiend more weight working at a non fatty foods place. I should note that I rarely eat breakfast and I do not eat at regular times, and I cna't sleep without eating somethign at night. Is there any natural pills that I can take that will help with weight loss,, like not diet pills but soemtihng that will help me butn fat quicker when I work out, and what is the best solution for loosing weight in the stomach, thats my only problem is my stomac,. ther est of me is fine. Except for my face is a bit chubby.
There's no way you can specifically take weight off a particular place. We guys tend to put it on around the waist, so when it comes off it will particularly come off there.
The main reason you are putting weight on is lack of exercise, so you getting more exercise during the day would make a big difference.
