Hey, I hurt my hand earlier today when I was having fun!...no not from that you sick minded people. Anyways, I was like shoved by a fat guy and I slid on my leg, and my left hand was the piece that took the force from the blow. There is injured skin there but I benedined it and put neosporine. Still, the right bone area of the wrist (of the left hand) has a constant pain in it as well as the area below my thumb to the wrist. Normally I would take an injury for granted but it is cram/hell week in school and I cant worry about a broken hand/wrist. Is there any symptoms for each? What should I do to skin that looks damaged but is stuck to the skin? (wrip it off or let it heal) which is faster? Give me advice here guys because I really need it. I will take any tests from you people to see if anything is broken or whatnot. Thanks lots
I uploaded an image. I noticed I have pain by my wrist on the right side when I push in and then down. It may just be from the impact but felt it was nessescary to share.
Well no one can really tell you if it's broken or not. You'd need to see a doctor and have an Xray or not. It could be a sprain..
i personally just think that your hand is swollen maybe a sprain on one of your wrist bearings... what sport do you play? if its football then hopefully u dont throw with your left hand/play qb...
if your a wide reciever then u might have a problem... try to use your biceps/chest to catch the ball... like catch it with your hands, right hand absorbing most of the blow, then bring it in and let your chest absorb the rest...
if you play runningback like me, just hold the ball in the right arm...
if you dont play football, then sorry for ranting...
