I weighed 240 pounds. since august I still drink 2 sodas a day, my diet isn't that good and I'm not the most active person in the world.

I now weigh about 205, went from waist 40 to 32 (still prefer 34 due to muscular legs)just by simply not pigging out, and occasionally dueing some exercise between breaks in video games.

Now a question, since I'm skinny now and should be easier to gain muscle.

What is a good way to build abs fast, I mean I have them now more or less but I mean bulk the muscle, how much protein do you think I should get a day, and what should I eat to get it?
