We're REALLY scared

Infact.
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Can_you_be_pregnant_but_still_have_your_period
That kind of contradicts.
My girlfriend has recently naturally become skinnier, also she also thinks her breast size has shrunk. I'm unsure on the breastsize issue. She hasn't changed her diet or anything like that.
Can this be proof that she isn't pregnant? Considering one tends to put on weight when pregnant? Or..?
-
Sometimes there can be bleeding during pregnancy that looks like a period. (It can't be a true period, because in a true period the uterus lining is shed, which would cause miscarriage.) However even this is rare.If you are still afraid she may be pregnant, use a pregnancy test. They are easy to buy and not very expensive.

She doesn't want to do a pregnancy test.Still waiting on that damn period.. 28 days since the last period and previously it was going through a trend in which it was comming earlier than before...
-
Then all you can do is wait. You can't make her take a test, so there's not much you can do now. And also, the 28 day period isn't a solid fact. It can easily vary between woman to woman. Some may be 21 days or some may be 32 days. Periods are a wacky thing.

She doesn't want to do a pregnancy test. Why not? She just pee's on a stick.. What's the big deal?
-
I think it's the reality it would face.
But anyway, her period came today. Massive stomach cramps and heavy flow so.. all's well! :eyes:
Thanks to Virtual_Star, she's decided that it's best we visit a doctor in order to eventually go on the pill. So hopefully we'll have no more of these scares.

Good to hear, except for what's happening to your girlfriend. That's painful, but I bet she's relieved also.

Or, she could have had a miscarriage. Massive stomach cramps and heavy flow could mean that she just lost the fetus even though it was in it's earliest stage. Ask her to watch for anything abnormal when in the blood when she urinates.
