I get these random, upper body shakes that are quite, for lack of a better word, vigorous, during a few certain moments- In a high octane event (online, mostly), when I'm staying up waaay later than I should (even then, only rarely), or some combination of the two. I can stop it by consciously thinking about it, but as I type this my neck and shoulder are hurting from shaking (Doesn't help it's cold!) Should I be concerned? I've no anxiety issues, nothing psychological. Thanks for any help!

Shakes!

It should be mentioned that these things are fairly rare, maybe they'll start once every week and last only a little while

You mentioned that this happpens when you're staying up excessively late. Are you taking any caffeine to be able to stay awake?

Or sometimes, I don't know if this is the same thing that you have, but sometimes when it's cold, I'll get chest tremors; like shivering only like you say, vigorous. It only happens once in a while when it's cold, or sometimes, like you say, high-octane things. Does it go away after a few minutes-10 minutes?
