Every time I have sex, which usually gets kinda rough, not even a day later I have spots around my thight or at the base of me penis shaft. Now, these never hurt, and it is always only in the area that is kinda tender from the friction. Immeditatly once me and my partner are done, I can feel where my skin feels kinda raw, and sure enough its only in that area. If its the base of my penis, or my hip bone(like it is now) its just 2 or 3 bumps. If it is my thights, its just a ton of red spots(no bumps) nothing ever hurts or itches or anything except the skin in general is tender a tiny bit. Now, I did think I had caught herpes a few years ago, as I had a spot on my penis that at first was an open sore, then scabbed over. It didn't bother me unless something was rubbing against it. But there was no bumps or anythig. Just an open sore developed. Anyway, doctor ordered an std test which came back negative. It was healed a week later without the medication he gave me. A week later I found out the last peron I was with before this, was getting over a yeast infection so I assumed was that because herpes and hiv test was negative. Even before that experience I would get red spots anyway, just more frequent since. That might be because since then its always been really rough and my skin feels raw every single time. So what can I do to prevent my skin from reacting each time? It never bothers me physically, just visually. I included the part above just in case for whatever reason. I know my scalp dries easily, and my skin burns somewhat easily, so I'm guessing down there it is similar. Sorry for all the info, but its sorta starting to annoy me. Because its every time after rough sex, which is usually every time I do. Again, its never hurt or bothered me other than just visually worries me, and my skin rubbed raw for a few days from the friction of skin against skin, rubbing against or running into repeatedly depending on the position. And its always onthe area rubbed raw which I can almost immediatly tell about halfway into our session. And my skin always rreacts only where I can tell my skin got rbbed raw.

Skin irritation? dont think herpes but still

Welcome to A2A, kkun. Friction burns would indicate a lack of lubrication. You might try using some (or more) lube.
Are you using condoms? If so, make sure that the lube you use is water based.

Yes we use condoms as she does have herpes(hence my question). I just never have any pain or itching from bumps, just raw skin. Shwasnt sure about it either, but ill suggest some waterbased lubrication
