how to cure ED?

Welcome to A2A, Maxwell.
It's possible to have an erection with just corpus cavernosum, and if the corpus spongiosum is damaged it should still work elsewhere, but I think this needs a specialist (a urologist). The urologist will be able to check the damage, and will also check the blood flow. He'll be able to determine is there is a physical problem, or if it's a psychological reaction, and can prescribe appropriate treatment.

hi thanks for the reply! it can erect but erection doesnt last long. and the hardness is weaker than default state. there's a physical problem, a dent at the sponge muscle.

@Maxwell I do think it needs a urologist to test what is going on, especially if the situation has been the same for some time. If it has just happened recently (in the last month or so), you could give it time: if it's physical you want to give it time to heal; or if it's just due to temporary low hormones, they will come back.

it's been more than at least 5 years :(
