I have always noticed that my breasts feel "thick" since I developed them. However, I wonder if they should feel squishy like water-filled balloons instead. Currently, they feel solid and hard, not soft and pliable. I'm curious about how breasts should ideally feel. Are all healthy breasts supposed to feel the same way, or is there variation? Additionally, I would like to know what a lump in the breast might feel like if I were to encounter one. Any information or insights on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to A2A, TyroneClark!
There's a lot of variation between different women; there is also some variation across the menstrual cycle. The most common cause of breasts harder than usual is milk production, especially if you are pregnant (it may be the first sign) or breastfeeding. But if they are normally hard and they aren't sore or tender or aching, it is probably just the way you are. (You will find they become less firm with age.)
That's a very good question, how to know what a lump might feel like, because lumps can be normal breast tissue, and some women are naturally quite lumpy. So you are looking for changes. Start by getting to know what your breasts feel like all over normally--there's a procedure in https://www.nationalbreastcancer.org/breast-self-exam/ Then do it monthly. If you notice a mass that feels more solid than the rest of the tissue that wasn't there before, or is bigger than before, you need to get it checked out.
