Should I eat before working out? If so what kinds of food? Thanks

A lot of times I would eat a full blown meal 3 hours before my workout. Otherwise, in the middle of working out I'd feel really sick to my stomach. Bring water with you and sip on it. No gulping. That will make you sick too.

I had a weight gain shake one morning then about 5 mins later went out running. Ended up throwing it up by the time i done ;o, never mind, got another 1 down me when i got back home

Heheh. Yeah, that'll do it to you. Make sure whatever you take down has a chance to settle out before you work out.
