i have big theighs and im not exactly sure how to get rid of them i dont know any exercises..the main leg exercises i do are Sqauts and dead lifts on the hexagon bar...and i dont know if thaat will make my thieghs smaller or gain muscle on them and make them bigger i dont want taht can anyone help?? lol
I have a thigh issue also, I started rigiously working out a month ago and have seen slight improvement. First what you have to do is burn fat. Since you are focusing on your thighs I would go running. In addition to running Squats are a great excercise. I admit that i don't run at all, and have focused solely on squats and various type of fire hydrant drills i think they are called. I don't really know how to explain those but you basically get on ur knees put your hands on the ground put one bent let parallel to your torso and then extend the leg. I'm sure someone can explain those much better than i can.
thanks, where in new jersey do you live? i live in bergen county...i run and lift football season is over so im doing wrestling now i hear its alot of running my birthday is tommorow and im going to get a weighset and bench but to do squats im gonna use the school gym 2 times a weeek and the other 3 times i workout in a week im going to use my set
its great and should help you dont even have to do front crawl you can do the breast stroke (just make shure you doing it right its all in timming).
