Is it true that a 46 yr old man will leak a little fluid that looks like sperm upon straining for a bowel movement?

Male genitalia

Not that I know of.. Are you having this problem?

highly doubt it....

Actually sometimes it is possible to leak semen during a bowel movement and even sometimes just after urination. This is especially true if there hasn't been any release of semen through masturbation or something sexual taking place recently. And age really isn't a factor in this at all. All of the plumbing down there is fairly close together and any amount of pressure can cause this to happen, nothing at all to worry about!

Yes, that's normal. Doesn't have anything to do with age either. Straining for a bowel movement can put pressure on the Cowper's Glands, which secrete precum. Its normal for this to drip out during a bowel movement, especially if you produce a lot of precum in general (some guys do, some don't). Its also normal for older guys with enlarged prostates, or guys who have not had an ejaculation in a long time, to drip some prostate fluid and/or semen when straining for a bowel movement. So both are normal, and quite common.
