If you really want to lose that gut and man boobs, forget the weights for a bit and focus on diet and cardio. You pecs maybe become huge from weights, but if you have a layer of fat over the top of them it's only going to make your man boobs look bigger.
I'd say you could do much more cardio each day, and maybe an hours worth of weights every second day. It's hard to over do it with cardio, but your body needs to recover after lifting weights.
Sexpert: As for cardio before weights, this is usually a bad idea. You only want to do a few minutes cardio to get your heart rate up, but not so much that you tire yourself out.
