I am curious to know what the average for bench press is. I used to hit 265lbs, but that was 6+ months ago and now I only hit 225lbs. What is the average (people can post than it can be found through that).

well, when I used to work out I didn't bench all that much. I weighed 140 and benched 135. Although, I was a master at power cleans and I could dead lift 300+ pounds.

I'm a guy!!! lolAt the time, I weighed 140 pounds and benched 135 pounds. A lot of guys that work out often can bench at least their own weight. I'd be impressed to see a girl do 300+ pounds dead lift.

I am an ultimate at squats and deadlift.Lets see.....Squats = 405 lbs (max)Deadlift = 560 lbs(max)Power Cleans = 215 lbs (max)Bench = 265 lbs (max)Those numbers are pretty low. I know people who can hit 350 lbs on bench and squat/deadlift 575+ lbs.

I use a low hex. Most bars are two inches higher than the regular hex. I can rep at 600+ lbs on the regular hex for DL.
