Hello, ive been on this fourm website for well maybe half a year or so... In other threads I have asked the normal and the basics of puberty and penis growth... I am just wondering what are the steps. Right now I have a decent amount of hair under my arm pits, I can ejaculate, and i have hair under neath my scrotum ( ball sack) But I am prety short. about 5'5 or so and I am 14 going into 9th grade. I am wondering if my growth is done or if their is still hope... I think their might be hope because since my height is not what i will be and my physical features are still wimpy like ( Im skinny and boney and just short)Ok so I am wondering... Does all these effects such as hair growth come first or after a penis spurt or whatever. I wouldnt be asking this if I was 6'2 and big and buff and hairy... because if i was that of course i would 99% chance be done with puberty. I have been messuring once in a while just to check up but so far I havnt seen any changes.

Steps of Penis growth

usually things in humans are related to genetics and external factors. genotype is what your genetics are written to do, than you have external factors that might or can influence this genotype but not a lot just partially. these two result in phenotype.now it can just be that you have all short members in your family and your genotype is programmed to be short and you have no positive influences to make you grow longer.it can also be that you are programed to be tall but you have negative external effects.anywyas don't worry about it, i mean if ur going to grow you'll see it. usualy boys get a growth spurt around 13 but others get them later.about you penis. usually it's the first thing that starts growing, since the testicles need to grow and provide more testosteron to release the other efects of puberty.so it depends if you have already have a deeper voice and you have had a surt than don't expect a lot of mroe change. but if u havent than you'll probably get you spurt sometime

Hey bud, hang in there! Things are happening as they should and it sounds as though you're moving along just fine. All of that stuff sorta happens in progression and for the most part your penis follows along. Usually by late teens we're done in the penis growth department. At 14 you're in the very initial stages....got hair going where you should have it. Next you'll probably notice a bit more height (probably based on parents) and you'll "fill out more" noticing more in the chest and arms, deepening voice and such. Doing some exercise, playing sports, running/jogging, some weight lifting, push ups, sit ups and such will help with developing muscle structure and all of that. Do you have an older brother? If so, check with him and see how he noticed things happening during this time. Most of all....be patient and remember that we all do this differently....enjoy the ride!

It's difficult to tell because people go through puberty in different ways, at different rates, and even in different order of things developing. In general though, the peak of puberty where things change the fastest and when most guys get their biggest growth spurt usually happens at the time they get their first ejaculation, get armpit hair, and their voice deepens. These three events usually happen pretty close to each other, and are usually accompanied by a rapid growth spurt. But again, I say usually, because it doesn't happen this way for everyone. Some guys may get tons of armpit hair first, but don't ejaculate until years later. Others may be able to ejaculate before they even have much pubic hair or any armpit hair. Other get their growth spurt early in puberty, long before they can ejaculate. But I would say the time of the voice changing and ejaculating are the two top indicators of about when the peak growth spurt happens. At 14, you sound to be pretty far along developed sexually, but that doesn't mean you're done growing yet. I would say your Tanner Stage 3 or 4 based on what you described (There are 5 Stages of puberty). You probably have some more height growth ahead of you, but how much is unknown.

However, I was the exact same height as you at 16, and my dad was the exact same height as your dad. I never did grow as tall as my dad, but I did grow another 3 inches in height from 16 to 18. My growth spurt hit me when I was 15. I started puberty pretty much on time (around late 12, almost 13), but things changed slowly for me at first, and didn't pick up until I was 15. In general, if you have a full thick beard (not just lip hair or chin hair) that you need to shave regularly, then you are pretty much done with puberty and probably don't have much growth ahead of you. If your beard is light, spotty, and just recently came in, then you may still have some growth ahead of you.
