yea dude ou gotta fix the attitude. kicking someones ass and being a jerk ,no matter how people treat you, isnt the solution. seriously though there are many people here that have given you really good advice, you should take it if u want to make your life better.as for your weight problem maybe this will help motivate you. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/trans26.htm there are many more people that look even worse than that but came out on top in the end. You just gotta work on it and keep working on it. If you look at the other peoples "transformations" you'll noticed no one changed in 3 weeks. Everyone spent a minimum of a year to get to the way they look in those photos. THe average though is around 1.5-2 years. They only look that way because they devoted themselves to it. They didnt give up. You can too but you have to push yourself to do it. No more excuses, you cant blame anyone else for your problems anymore. Everyday is an opportunity for you to change yourself, but being angry and blaming others and giving up so easily isnt helping you at all.

I rarely have time, with summer school and work, I dont have lots of money, for one being i only live with my mother and we struggle to live middle class, and no one wants to support me. I mean, I would 'devote' myself for over a year if need be, but i just dont see me pulling it off, but im still trying, 4 weeks and no results yet. Gotta love the wonders of the world...

dude you are giving up way too early. 4 weeks still isnt enough. If you cant hang on for 4 weeks how do u expect to survive in the real world dude. ok there you go with the excuses again. Trust me i hear those excuses ALL THE TIME. people saying they dont have time, money, support, etc. first of all time: you only need to exercise 3-4x a week 1 HOUR A DAY. If people didnt spend that 1 hour watching the OC or some other stupid tv show they would have time. There arent many people in this world that DONT have 1 hour a day to spare. Its a lame and weak excuse, look into your self and tell me its not true. 2nd money, another stupid reason. Why does anyone need money to exercise?! you already have a gym membership what else do u have to pay for? That guy i showed you he used very few supplements: creatine, whey protein, multivitamin. The other stuff you dont need, although flax seed oil does help with acne on some people (it has for me). Multivitamins are cheap 5 bucks for 100 pills. creatine is cheap too 20 bucks for 3 month supply, whey protein is cheap also 25 bucks for 3 month supply. You are looking at 50 bucks for 3 months there. Find a part time job or mow your neighbors lawns for a week and you can easily get 50 bucks (probably more).now comes the support part. You say you dont have anyone to support you. Thats just another excuse. Just because no one supports you does that mean you are just gonna lay down and die? no . you came to this board for a reason. YOu came to look for support in strangers. Well what happened? you got support from a bunch of strangers, we have you all this advice and tried to help you. Yet you go and use this excuse of having no one to support you.what else do you want dude? We offer all this help and advice to you but you just keep making more excuses of what you CANT do this and CANT do that. Frankly it doesnt seem like you are looking for help. YOu are just looking to bitch and moan about your life beause you arent being pampered. Just becaues you think your life sucks doesnt mean everyone is gonna run to you and try to help you. Theres gotta be a point in your life where you say to yourself "Im gonna do this whether or not my family or friends support me or not" or "I'm gonna do this even though i dont have any family or friends to support me" We can only do so much to help people but if the person doesnt wanna help himself then there isnt much else we can do. Also dont try to blame the world for your misery. All you have is to blame yourself, look deep down in yourself and YOU WILL KNOW THAT IS TRUE.

hey man, i know EXACTLY what you are going through. i beleive i am slightly over 200 lbs im 15 and im looking to make a change. Fortunately my story is a bit different. I have as many friends as all the popular kids and i have a gorgeous girlfriend who can be a model if she wants to. Its all about personality and its no joke. If you want friends you need to go out and get them, show people you are more than just a mass of body, i sure did, and it worked. Get some friends, talk to the right girls. Get motivated. Ill tell you if i didnt have this computer to sit my fat ass in front of i would be a lot less heavier.

Really dont just look at your outside, think of good things you can do. Just cause your big doest mean your ugly. I weigh 290 lbs I'm 5'10'' and I'm 14But I get plenty of action with the girls.I agree with Ghost I used to have no friends but then I worked hard to get some and it raised my self esteem tremendesly

reading the facts is sounds like there has to be something wronge with your observation of your self if you are truly the weight you discibe and the diet you have and the fact that you work out till you cant anymore and you havent loss 1 pound that dosent make sence! I would suggest seeing a doctor to check you matabalism because maybe your digestive track is off or something it sound like you should be lossing weight and your not.

Go see a doctor. I had an over active thyroid gland which caused me to gain loads of weight and (I think) it effected the amount of spots I wa sgetting cos I wa sgetting alot. I had surgery to have it removed and since I have lost loads of weight and now have nearly completely clear skin.You clearly have the kind of commitment to sort out your body, but I dont think it will work cos I rekcon you have a medical problem. Go see a doctar, tell him whats happening and see if they will do some blood tests or something. Also I dont know how it works in the USA but in the Uk you can go tell your dotar your getting too many spots and you dont like it and they will give you pills than make your skin more healthy which is nice of them. Good old welfare state Your attitude sucks btw but I can understand why. That again may be more mdeical as if you have soem over reactive hormones it can mess up your mood quite severly as your whole state of being will be out of balance. Its amazing what a doctar can do. OIf course I dont know how the health care works in the USA so I dont know how easy it would be for you to see one or whatever.

"Eating vitamins every day" will help what? It won't make you lose weight. Taking vitamins is helpful if you have a specific deficiency, or certain types of disease. Otheriwse, it's a waste. You're much better off eating a balanced diet.

Have you made any progress? It's hard to believe that you're just carrots and V8 juice. Drinking plenty of water is fine, but it won't do anything to make you thinner. Excercising is great, but you have to consume fewer calories than you burn to lose weight. There's no magic bullet.

Progress? Define..Turns out I had a thyroid problem, pills fixed that. I am now 185 lbs, losing a lot of weight somewhat fast. Lots of people think I take ice now, but fuck them. Girls are starting to talk to me, instead of me initiating. Guess what? When a girl tries to have a convo. with me, I say ;you never talked to me before, youre talking to me now because I lsot weight, right?'. They always reply 'yeah you look great now'. I reply "Well then, Fuck Off."Idiots.
