Hi, Potato, and welcome to A2A. As you probably have already discovered, foreskin stretching is a hot topic here, and there are several posts about technique. However, one of the best "hows and whys for stretching" is here:http://www.healthboards.com/boards/mens-health/178155-stretching-fix-tight-foreskin-phimosis.html

20 Years Old - Never pulled foreskin back before!
-
Hi there. I am 18 years old and have had intercourse about 20 times now, and after that my foreskin is completely retracted, however when I masturbate or someone gives me a handjob, I can only retract my foreskin very little, and trying to retract it more would hurt. Should I also do the stretching exercises? And by doing so, will I be able to fully retract my foreskin without any lube?
-
@bradleystan , welcome to A2A!! One of the main reasons for stretching your foreskin is for good hygiene--you are better able to remove the smegma that builds up. So, yes, continue the stretching.

I'm also 20 and I was still a virgin I had never pulled my foreskin back when it started was when I was with a girl it was hard to put it in her because it hurted me with a condom it was easier. After a while my foreskin was able to pull just enough to see a bit of my tip then I started to do it without protection and one time it got pulled almost halfway it hurt so much I had to stop and let it get soft to pull forward , it happen again and it just made me mad the other day by myself I try pulling it back so it can stretch that was the most I could that day the air made it hurt and I still can't touch the head because it hurt so much I tried again the next day I pulled it even more because it really wasn't hurting to pull it it felt tight.

So I have actually managed to get my foreskin over the head whilst my penis is erect but my foreskin is still pretty tight and I was wondering how long it can take before it starts loosening up completely.
-
That's impossible for anyone to say.
No one can tell you one way or another because of the variability in the elasticity of your foreskin, your penis size, , the effort you put into stretching, etc... The only thing anyone can tell you is that regular stretching can only help. -
@potato You've done well in the last two weeks and if you keep going you can expect it to keep loosening at about the same rate.

I personally do not have any problems with mine, I actually quite enjoy mine. I hope my story helps others on here. From a very young age I was taught about my foreskin. Mainly 4th grade...I was changing in the boys locker room with the other boys and they started snickering/pointing at my penis cause it looked different,(having an uncut penis wasn't the "norm" where I was from), anyways, the teacher explained my penis to the other boys...(good times, lol). Well, I came home and told my dad, which is also uncut, and taught me a few things. A: always retract your foreskin when you urinate, the drops of pee is what contributes to the smell/smegma. B: Pull back daily, wash under skin/rim of the head and dry fully. C: Pull back skin before putting on "drawers"..Helps lessen the sensitivity of theglans/head. The more moist the smegma,(usually right after u retract), the easier it is to remove. Antibacterial soap will help with the smell. More friction with underwear, the less sensitive the head will become. Keep stretching it and keep it clean, it will help. Take care

Welcome to A2A, @sjames25. Your post is a perfect example of what this board is all about--people who have walked the walk and are now willing to talk the talk. Thanks for your contribution.

Use a cap full of 3% hydrogen peroxide mixed with a cap full of water (50/50) in a small cup. Pour this into the foreskin and stretch the sides,to distribute it around the glans. Rinse with water using the same technique. Do this once per day. This should clear up infections and smegma quickly.

Im 15 years old and two days ago I had oral sex. My partner pulled my froeskin back enough just to reveal the head. It hurt alot first and then it stopped. I couldn't pull my foreskin back before this. Now I can reveal the tip of the head but it feels weird. When I pee there's two streams that make one stream and when I masterbate it doesn't feel the same. I don't know if this is something to be worried about.

@sandwich, welcome to A2A!
No it is not anything to worry about, but it is something you need to work on. It is normal for your glans (the end of your penis) to be extremely sensitive at first. After all, it has been covered for 15 years. Any male, who still has a foreskin when he reached puberty needs to begin stretching the skin so that it will move freely over the penis, even while it is erect. There are several topics here about the stretching process. You can easily find more information if you need it.It addition to beginning stretching exercises, which should be approached with an expectation that you will need to stretch slowly so as not to tear the skin, you should also begin proper hygiene in caring for your penis. When you get the foreskin retracted, you will probably discover some white substance called smegma. It is a combination of dead skin cells and body oils that needs to be washed away when you shower. Otherwise you will find that you are developing an odor that is not too pleasant..

Hi. I have a question. I have really tight foreskin and when soft I can only get a small portion of my glands shown but can't get anymore. It looks like I have small glands too. What exercises can I do to stretch it over time? I am 14 and a half. Also kinda weird, but will a warm pool help?
-
Also it seems like my gland is connected to my foreskin
When I try to pull down my foreskin my gland goes down with it
-
Also in foreskin and erect when I do try to pull the foreskin, a small part of gland just goes up and only a little?? It's like my skin doesn't strech and only a little goes through it
-
Welcome to A2A, crushedinsanity! I don't think a warm pool will make much difference: what is needed is regular stretching, at least every day and preferably twice or more a day. Stretch the foreskin sideways, but never over-do it. You don't want to tear the skin (which creates scar tissue), you just want to encourage it to grow looser. Be patient, and it will gradually loosen over a few months.
The glans should be connected to the foreskin by the frenulum, at the bottom only. Sometimes there are adhesions elsewhere that need working free, or occasionally the frenulum is too short, but work on loosening the foreskin first.
-
How long should I stretch the foreskin? Also do I put two fingers inside and then stretch it? Do I have to do it always in the bath? Also how do you know you tear the skin?
-
Also is it normal when I try to bring my foreskin back only a bit of glands goes through?
-
You don't have to do it in the bath. Two fingers inside is good if you can do it, but if it's tight, just stretching from outside is fine. There's no right answer for how long you do it--the longer the better, but it has to be practical. There should be no pain--pain means you are overdoing it.
It's not uncommon that only a bit of the glans shows through, but it does mean the foreskin is tighter than it should be.
-
About how long does it take to be able to stretch the foreskin back fully? I'm only able to pull it back around 1/4th of the way, maybe 1/3rd when flaccid and I have never pulled it back before. Also, the frenulum seems to be rather tight, though not to the point where it's a problem. Not now, at least. Thanks in advance.
