Well tonight I felt a slight pain in the left testicle. I went into the bathroom to check it out becuase I have to say it made me kind of nervous. Visually it just seems to hang a little lower than the right. Although, when I felt around down there it feels as if the tube connected to the testicle is much bigger than the right. Instantly after looking and seeing this I came online. After a few minutes of looking I came across the possiblities that: A) the 'cord' was twisted (though I couldn't find reason to how and figured it would hurt quite a bit more...) or B) the ole 'Blue Ball' scenario (as a female friend had left a little while before with no oral taking hand). I figured that maybe it was the 'Blue Ball' case in which some other site said would go away in a few hours or I could masterbate.. and so I did, believing it would relieve some pain. It did not and about 30 min later it feels as though the swelling is going down with still slight pain, though less than before. My testicle also feels a little more pain with swift movements and when I move it closer to my penis. I can't think of anything else to add other than my age - 15, but I hope you all can tell me it's nothing. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Slight pain in testicle...

Hopefully the pain has subsided by now. It does sound like a case of blue balls.

Hmm, maybe it could be "blue balls", but maybe it was a torsion of the spermatic cord. These can give dull aching pains too, depending on how bad it is. I should know, as I've been operated for it, where it got so bad it became a kind of emergency. It happened regularly, but not so bad, for me, until that day. So that was a sign I was having problems with a bit long cord that easily got twisted (some people apparently have that), as it happened now and then. If it's a first for you, I guess it may be either blue balls or just that your testicle got into an unfortunate "twisted" position.I hope the swelling is going down, and if it does, once again, I think it's hard to say whether it was blue balls or something else, as I think that happens after a while when either problem resolves itself.

What you're describing sounds like something I get from time to time. Is it a sharp pain? Does it sometimes feel like it's running up your side? I get that and it will last for a day or two and then go away. The only things I've found that help are to wear boxers and maybe soak in a bath. As a matter of fact, this very pain was the reason I started wearing boxers back in the 80's before it was cool to do so.

Aye, it went away later that night, but I thought I would wait till morning to make sure it had gone away before I posted again... Then when I woke up I had things to do, lol. So I imagine it was blue balls
