i dunno if i would count calories... just make smarter food choices. for ex, you could eat a whole ton of cut up veggies in a low fat dip in place of chips or something. more servings of veggies... fruits as snacks... lots of lean protein to satisfy your hunger.

Okay, Maybe im getting sick of everyone trying to lose weight on-line and off-line. I recently lost 40 pounds. I DID NOT DO THIS BY FUCKING AROUND WITH MY DIET. All i did was increase my activity and bullshit like that. I eat what i want, i stay happy and the diet wont depress me. Now, i dont mean scarf anything down thats infront of you. Okay, let me go more into detail. I started to drink more water (8+) glasses aday... This is a good change and it is healthy. I personally dont think killing off carbs is the key, i think that is unhealthy. If you drink more water, you will be less hungry and more apt to leave more on your plate. Just wrap up what u dont eat and eat it later.. Your not wasting food and you are not gorging yourself. In a summary. Water + Exercise are your friends.

hey i lost 45 pounds.. by doing no exercise..NONE.. ZIP.. NADA.. all i did was cut back the bullshit food like chips, cookies, icecreams and buttertarts.. etc..I believe u do need to watch your diet to some extend.. i started working out alot after that.. and i started eatting foods that were a bit fatty and i gained weight.. If you dont like people trying to lose weight online then dont read the posts about it..

Its working.. My orginal idea.. Been on about a week or so.. and im down 5 or so pounds Thats with no exercerise.. I plan to start exercising soon..so all i loose dosnt turn to 'flab' Im not really starving myself at all.. I think the one meal.. the 3 sodas..the no more candy..and stuff like that is really helping..

ummmm... fruit jiuce can be crap if it has too much suger. suger needs to be cut out. period. more muscle burns more fat, include weight training or push-ups (the likes) with your walking. remember that walking (not a great fucking deals worth) does help but running for a minimum of 15-20 consecutive minutes 5 days a week will be your BEST solution. don't cut on carbs, if you want to get fit, not eating carbs will just cut out energy. just don't eat an excess. oh, and buy obie tricees new album 'cheers'. it is a great one.

fruit juice is almost all sugar... there is no fiber to buffer its impact on the blood sugar. as for carbs its good to make smarter choices... whole grains instead of white flour, eliminating sugars and eating lots of vegetables.
