i think everyone should work on their car, let me list the reasons. You can find more things wrong with it than originally knewyou can require parts that the parts store does not haveyou can stab a screw driver right into your thumb (i just did that one)you can go from an operational car to a non-functional vehicleso get out there and work on your car, it is so much fun....ow ow owevery space bar touch sends pain through my thumb.
-
Fun activity that everyone should do
-
Wow im glad im car challenged
-
do you need a hand with that? Maybe you could ask your husband.
-
Yeah, I'm already having a hard time "driving" my car so I'm going to stay away from the inside.
-
just put a sticker on the hood..."do not open, no user servicable parts"
-
I think if it breaks your supposed to get a new one.
-
Ha. I should. But it looks too good. Might look kind of tacky.
-
I think you're supposed to by a new car when the ashtray fills up.
-
But I don't have a car. I live on the outskirts of New York City. Should I work on a subway car instead?pours some bactine on your thumb
-
Oh you live near New York City? I'm not the only one yay. There really is no point in having a car in New York City... maybe the suburbs unless you want to be stuck in traffic for hours on end. Which is why my train pass is my best friend.
-
New York City has a population of over 8 million and you thought you were the only one?
-
I buy a new one every month...gotta keep up with the latest trends.
-
Yup. I'm in New Jersey, right across from Manhattan. A 15 minute bus ride from midtown. Only times I wish I had a car is when I want to go camping or get to IKEA. But why bother when my boyfriend has one and I could just get him to drive me.
-
Wow, dude, I meant on the board. Chill.
-
That's why smoking is so expensive.winged> boyfriendI have a car instead of a boyfriend. I need to find a woman with a job but no car.
-
In reply to: I want to go camping or get to IKEA IKEA? you are soooo gay my friend (it's ok, it's not a bad thing... don't panic)I live in a meduim sized city and the sales territory I cove is all of Ontario. I'd be dead without the car. I'd also be in a bit of trouble if my wife found out about the boy friend.
-
hey wtf...this is about working on carsbesides, working on cars is very simple. If you have the proper tools and do not mind getting dirty you can save hundreds of dollars. I mean a tune up at an auto shop can cost what 200-300 dollars? If you buy the parts yourself, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, air filter, 2-4 quarts of oil, you spend a 100 bucks or so aving yourself 100 dollars.
-
my car doesn't have plug wires or a distributor. What should I spend my cash on?
-
a custom suspension lift.
-
How long have you been working on cars, Walken?
