Let me just establish that I'm a 21 year old female with little to no access to health care. Darn that having no insurance. :frowning:
Okay, I have mild IBS that seems to be directly related to stress. (In fact, my whole digestive system gets shot to..well, crap when I'm under a lot of stress) I've been more regular lately, I usually go at least once a day, so that's a huge improvement.
Now, I know your poo is supposed to be the shape of your colon. Every once in a while, maybe once a month or so, I get very narrow, even flattened poo. The first few times, I freaked, because that's supposed to be a sign of something seriously wrong and I've never had it happen before. However, it's not consistent and never more than once or twice in a row. Does anyone else have this problem? Could it be just related to IBS?
Thanks.
