I thought I had posted this already, but I didn't see it. Anyways, does anyone know ways that I can keep my bedroom warm? I live im an apartment with three other people and their rooms stay warm except mine. I am tired of freesing to death while everyone sleeps comfy in their beds. What can I do? And does aluminum foil help keep the room warm? Please help!

Help! I Might Freeze To Death! LOL

just buy an electric heater

get an electric heater...problem solved.
-
Electric heater is a good idea.
You can also get window plastic (can buy is from almost and retail store liek wal-mart or target) to put on the windows, will help cut the draft and help keep the room warmer. I had to do that last year in my bedroom because my house has the original windows (house was build in 1925) and it kept my room nice and warm.

Climb in bed with one of the three other peoples.

well I can't bring up the new york thing. because we're being spoiled senseless with this good weather. It's unusual. I have a feeling something's in store for us though like a huge blizzard. It's warm in November almost December! That's not normal! It's new york! we always freeze during this time! but who's complaining, I hope it stays like this.

Put on more clothes or have a wank. Electric heaters can be expensive to run.
-
Buy a downy feather blanket or whatever!

Same thing here. For the first time this year, at the end of November, I had to shovel the sidewalk. I should have had to do that anywhere from late September to early this month at the latest. It's amazing the weather we've had, although the past couple days have been chilly. Tell me if the weather is cooling off there too.

Tell me about wierd weather! We got like 7 then 5 then 1 then -4 then 16!!! then back down again... Like wtf mate?
-
Same stuff happened here, it was so strange. Dropped to -17 one day then shot up to a comfortable 0-10 range for awhile where we had little wind and the air was very dry.
-
yup, canada is pretty f*cked up when it comes to weather! lmao
-
Just wait... next year it will be like the Bahamas. We'll all be relaxing on the great Canadian beaches, even if that means just going to the beach on a lake for me (got to love how much fresh water we have), and hang out in the sun in the middle of January.Canada will actually get tourists in the winter
-
I would love to see that! Little chinese tourists in hawaiian shirts with digi-cams...wait...we alreay have PLENTY of them! lol

Okay, this may sound odd, but it works. If you want to stay warm while you're sleeping, sleep naked, that's what I do and surprisingly enough I'm warmer when I sleep in the buff than I am when I sleep in my pjs. Of course I live in a house that has no central air or heat so it's always cooler in the house than it is outside during the winter. If you don't feel comfy sleeping in the nude... buy an electric heater, it'll keep you fairly warm.
-
I don't and can't sleep with anything on in bed now............and you are definitely much warmer with nothing on than with something on.............
-
Agreed! I dunno if it's my claustrophobia or I'm just a kinky boy hehe.. but I hate wearing clothing in bed.. just soo restrictive. And I agree Katie I am always nice and toasty being naked (and nice to have another naked body to snuggle with too hehe)

You see. New Yorkers here are used to freezing weather, and snowy days where you can't see anything. And icy streets. But we have been spoiled by the good weather that we've been provided with over the past few days. And we've been enjoying. ALOT. Not wearing heavy coats is something to like. But NOW, the weather just dropped by a few major degrees and we're freezing again. Just like the good old days. IT'S FREEZING! The water droplets on all the cars are frozen. Literally. And we were let for school this morning because our car doors were frozen shut and we had to help it thaw.

We're having a chill too. It only got to 45 degrees today in North East Dallas. It's gonna be in the high 20's...Burrrrr!
