I just wanted to know, what do ya'll think the maximum amount of sweets someone watching their weight should be allowed to eat per day? What sweets do you eat when watching your weight, and how often?
Sweets per day
People come, people go.
Those ones based on mannitol or sorbitol or xylitol don't add anything much, because they don't get absorbed by the stomach or gut. Too many will give you diarrhoea, though.
I eat sweets about once per week, and even then it's only a little amount. Maybe a doughnut or a piece of cake, maybe sometimes a chocolate bar.
If I was watching my weight I wouldn't eat any at all. They're just a luxury.
