Ok guys, heres the problem. Im 16, 5ft 10, male..and i weigh 15.5stone (around 96kg). Being tall and all, i dont look TOO overweight. but me being the insecure guy that i am..i want to lose that weight. i must admit though..I do have a lot of muscle mass however i do not know how much. i would like to lose at least 2/3 stone (around 15KG) by new years (end of january at the latest). ive been told it all depends on dieting and exercise. being in high school isnt easiest place to diet as i go out at lunch and all we're surrounded by is fast food and shops (typical UK...). all i have that i can use for exercise is a treadmill and some weights and an exercise ball. so what do i do?
