Hi, I'm new to A2A, and have some queries.
I've signed up to the gym now, and I've been going for about 5-6 months, and I've been seeing a lot of results, and along with basically starving myself (my diet) I've lost a lot of weight and made a lot of muscle.
Although, I have one thing that is bothering me, in fact it has always bothered me. It's my chest, and it bothers me because it is not flat.
Now before we go on, I have to clarify one thing, they are not man boobs, because it's not fat, in fact I'm quite slim now so I don't have a problem with fat because I've been burning it like crazy. My chest is 'pointy' if thats the right word, around the nipple area, and I frigging hate it.
Does anyone have any exercise regimes that can get rid of this.
BTW I go to the gym 4 nights a week for 2 hours each session, burning usually over 1000 calories a session, I'm now 12.3 stone at roughly 5'8"
