Get abs

runnin? i heard that it does help u get abs but how?
-
you use your abs when running and also it helps you lose allover fat which shows muscle definition in your stomach.
-
I want good abs
-
how long does it take for results?

look. . .. running just helps your whole body to be fit. ok people lets learn something here. If you are active at all. . like you're joggin at all, or doing some kind of excersise, you HAVE ABS. . they're just under your fat. So runnin helps you lose weight all over, while at the same time excersising your abs. ( obviously running is not primarily for abs, but it helps ) and when you add to that sit ups crunches, leg raises, cross over crunches ( whicher you like best are fine, just do them till it burns )then you'll have your abs. and don't forget, you can eat whatever the hell you want. . just EAT LESS

Yes I do agree with Max, not everyone has to watch what they eat..which is a blessing..lol..I'm 15, not even 90lbs. and although I have had my eating disorders in the past, i totally got over them with help and i eat like ill never stop. I'm just little and doctor says ill always be under 100lbs. But with the whole ab thing..one thing i found out that really works is laying on your back with your arms at your sides and hold your legs and feet 6 inches above the ground. Hold for a minute then bring your legs up then go back down to 6 inches above the ground and hold for 45 seconds, then 30 seconds, 15 and the do 50 crunches. It can hurt like hell, but its something that I(a chick ) found that really works

Just remember that your metabolism will slow down as you get older. You might be able to eat whatever right now, but as you get older you won't be able to with as much ease as now.

I know, i actually in a way hope that/cant wait until it happens so i finally start gaining some wait..sounds crazy but oh well

What i find works is... those work out balls... Do your sit ups on those things and you'll be feelin it the next day... And i'm not to sure about that running thing i play soccer 3 times a week and i'm skinny but it hasn't helped my abs
