Humanity is despicable. Who on earth can honestly believe that any cause can justify the killing of innocent children? What a horrible end to a horrible situation.

you need to copy and paste the whole thing; the commas mess up the hyperlinking
-
Can you copy and paste it the site wont load for me its says navigational error.
-
Thanx sdp. That's a really sad story, its sicken what some people would do and especially in a school full of children. Really puts me at a loss for words.
-
Sorry guys,
I know I usually get pissed when people add pictures to posts... but... well...In reply to:
Dragged Free
The three-day siege at Beslan school in the southern Russian province of Ossetia neared its end when forces stormed the school, plucking distraught captives from the gunfire.
In reply to:
Emergency Dash
There was little time for a reunion between some parents and children, saving lives the hugely overwhelming priority.
In reply to:
Haunted Looks
These children made it out of the siege alive, but the looks in their eyes tell of the many nightmares and traumatic days that lay ahead for them.
In reply to:
Safe Arms
Children in the initial wave of escapees said they had been forced to drink urine such was the lack of water inside the school.
In reply to:
Naked, Scared, Alive
Pupils saved from a possible execution at the hands of the captors were brought to daylight almost naked and immediately given bottles of water.
In reply to:
First Fatalaties
With reports of up to 1,000 people and children held hostage inside the school and the chaotic nature of the military operation, casualties were expected. It doesn't make the reality any easier.
In reply to:
The Young Deceased
It is not known how many children were among the fatalities. A Russian official said it would take "painstaking work" to determine the number of dead because of body fragments.

I just saw it on the news, and it's very distressing. This is a new low for terrorism. :frowning:
-
i read the paper this morning.. and it was really hard to read i had tears in my eyes.. thats terrible and heartbreaking to see something like that happen..
-
terrorism is always low, I honestly am not too surprised. Although its bothers me. Terrorist are evil people hence "terror," I honestly don't see why even such evil people would go after children, but its what they do and one day karma will catch up to them.
-
Shit happens.
-
Well why do people make such a big deal out of something like this when kids get involved? Kids are just younger adults. Do you see people crying everytime an adult gets raped or kidnapped? Then why for kids? It's just part of everyday life.
-
I don't know where you're from, but it's not everyday that a bunch of militant rebels rush into my classroom, strip me naked, and execute me.
-
That may be rare, but why the big deal? Everytime something bad happens to a kid somewhere you want to cry? You must cry a lot then.
-
a kid... meaning one? This is like.. hundreds of kids.. youre so cold.. wait till you become a parent someday.. what if your kid got murdered?
-
No, kids as in several. Why am I cold?I won't ever be a parent so I won't have to worry about that will I
-
well someday you will have a child in your life.. whether it be or not be your own child
-
How will I have a child in my life if it's not my own?
-
Once I'm out of here I will not talk to anyone in my family (especially not my only sibling, my sister) and I don't have any friends.
