I've been getting ready the past few days. On Tuesday - I'll be starting the induction phase of the ATKINS way of eating. It's not going to be easy. Why Tuesday? Because my birthday will be exactly 6 months away. Anyone familiar with ATKINS? Any helpful hints? When it says 'eat liberally' [as it does when talking about chicken, salmon, tuna etc.] what does that mean - exactly? Can I eat 12 full chickens? LOL
Wish me luck - OK. I'm really nervous about this. Not because of the lack of food - but what will happen when there is a lack of ME!! [if you know what I mean]
