I'm not sure you made any kind of lucid point, but, as you have requested that I not say anything about your posts, I'll have to ask you to do the same:until you can make a distinct, defined point, please don't give your opinion on things....and no, I'm not serious, but see how neat it is to restrict others? My point, I will continue to comment on your lack of coherency as long as you continue to display it. Your post validates my belief that you are only posting to be argumentative. When people with opposing viewpoints come along and ruffle you, figure out why you are ruffled, and go from there. I think in this case you'll probably find that, rather than being angry about the subject of this thread, you are ticked because you want the opposing voices to just shut up, and that isn't really what a discussion forum is about.

Comon reaction to foreskin in america.
-
I'm just sick and tired of people like you, coming on here, saying that the whole of American men who are circumsized, and the doctors who have performed, and are still performing these practices, are lacking the adequate knowledge about our anatomy to clearly justify this removal of "part of your penis" as someone said. This whole thread "common reaction to foreskin in America" was just one big arguement waiting to happen. Why? Because the person who made it, probably already knew what the reaction is in the US, many Americans don't have it, so American girls don't usually see it. So trying to have a discussion on it, is just foolish. As to, not giving opinions on things because mine have no point, as long as opinions don't have to necessarily contain points to be made, I believe I will keep posting.

let me paraphrase your most recent statement:I'm sick of opposing viewpoints which ruffle my feathers, and think they should shut up....which, if I recall correctly, is what I already surmised. Now, if there's one thing that is certainly a trait of an United States Citizen, it is loudly bellowing you opinion for all the world to hear whether the people nearby wanted to hear it or not. We have the right to, and often, we do.Other countries, where one group has more power than another, those opposing voices may very well be wiped out. This is the difference between the United States and other countries: what makes us strong is acknowledgement and tolerance of opposing viewpoints. The least 'American' thing you can do is stifle someone else's voice, and that seems to be your desire.Your view: foreskin is unimportant and people shouldn't complain because doctors and society knows what is good for them.My view: it's my foreskin, and in any other case you usually have to be found guilty of a crime before other people's opinions are allowed to affect your body.

you're wrong about me wanting to stifle someone else's opinions, they do have the right to voice it. I'm just trying to defend myself, and the people who are being told, that they have a mutilated and ugly penis simply because it's cut, and we're less of men, and, I believe someone called us pussies, for having it cut. Am i supposed to just let them say what they want to? Let them put my body down, simply because I'm missing a piece of skin? HELL NAW. but you're absolutely correct, i don't feel the foreskin is nearly as important as people make it out to be. And that's one of the reasons I love living in America, I don't have to have these childish arguements over something that a good percentage of us don't have.

for the sake of being fair, I just went back and re-read the entire thread to make sure I had not missed anything. In fact, I had, however, your case is not strengthened by it.Some people said they didn't like UNcircumsized men, Diver said he thought circumsized men looked mutilated, and one person posted the example of a circumsized boy in the UK being teased.I'm not sure what your first post is referring to, but nobody in this thread is making fun of or denigrating your circumsized penis. So, essentially, you jumped into the thread and began bitching about something that was not happening, and quite irrationally. That is what I missed- that your apparent battle was actually with nobody. I joined in on the tone of what I perceived and that was my mistake.I still stand by the fact that you seem to make no point whatsoever, as you shift from trying to convince me that it's a useless piece of skin, to the fact that the nerves grow back, finally to trying to convince me that you are defending yourself. As long as your beliefs include the OK-ness of people modifying other people's bodies without their consent, we will disagree on this. I'm sure your dick looks just fine. I, myself, actually think uncircumsized penises are kind of funny looking- I might as well get around to posting something which is on topic. I'd still much rather have had the option to test the gear out as it came from the factory.

When I was at school we knew this guy who had been circumsized. We all took the mick out of him for it, poor bugger. He didnt relaise til I told him that he is different to the rest of us.I cant think why America got into the habit of circumcision. Jewish conspiracy perhaps? EDIT: In reply to: and one person posted the example of a circumsized boy in the UK being teased. Oh bugger I was beat to it! Oh well, double the teasyness.
