I hear constantly to lose weight excersise, keep a decent diet, and eat a bunch of small meals a day.... Well, What exactly do you eat as a "small meal" and how much of it? thx

I've heard my doctor recommend eating 5 small meals a day, but I still haven't done it. I figure you just split your 3 large meals into 5 evenly placed meals throughout the day.

a small meal is complete. it would have everything a normal meal would have, but smaller. I mean a snack is a snack, but a meal is a meal, it is complete.
