Thank you for your reply.
I'm certainly going to carry on with the stretching
as much as possible, although it's a bit embarassing
on the bus.
A weird coincidence occured today though.......
I've been reading studies about steroid cream application
in cases of tight foreskins and it's benifits in most cases.
I noticed that the active ingredient was 'betamethasone' in it's various guises. That rang a bell and sure enough in my medicine cupboard I've enough 'betamethasone valerate' to float a small dingy. I've been getting it from the Doc for flare ups of psoriasis. It's a lotion rather than a cream and only 0.1% strength instead of the 0.5% but beggars can't be choosers right. I read the leaflet and sure enough in the "uses list" is *phimosis*. So, I'll be "Splashing all over" as they say, from now on. Fingers crossed it'll help a little.

Let's talk about my foreskin.
-
Is getting it removed not an option?
-
It's always an option I suppose.......but not one that's particularly high on my list.
-
please, never remove the skin. it is actually unique on the human body.there is no skin that is physically like it anywhere else.
i must appoligise for my adimantcey on this. I find it unusual that you got to such an age without retracting your foreskin. I was taught to wash that way as a child. i also can't imagine what it's like to jerk off without a foreskin.
further, i've been with women that didn't realise that i was complete because the skin retracts fully when erect.
sorry, i'm ranting a bit but i really love my uncut best friend! -
so, had you never washed underneath it before you had had sex that included pain?
-
exellent point!
-
God.. I just love it when someone comes on board and pipes in "Just cut it off".blackman: could you rephrase that? It's hard to understand what you are asking.BJ67: Yes, steriod creams are a standard treatment to help loosen the skin in order to aid in the stretching process. Although you should consult a doctor, it shouldn't hurt to try.

is there any way of desensitising without going through a LOT of pain, im only 14 and have started strecting my foreskin for a month now and i can get it half way down, how long will it take to get it all the way down?also, how are you meant to clean under the foreskin, i know its very unhygenic not to and would like to startthanks
-
Can't answer you on how long it will take. It depends on the person and how you are doing it.As to cleaning, you just need to run water over the foreskin and glans and rub with your fingers. It's probably too sensitive to do much rubbing yet, but work at it. Soap is optional. If you do use soap, make sure you thoroughly rinse before push the forskin back over the glans.

At first the pain will be really intense when you touch the foreskin. But the best way is to touch it when you're in the shower and it's always wet. It's also less sensitive when you use moisturizer etc. When I first learned to roll back my foreskin, I just used to wash with soap and that made touching it less painful. So I just massaged it. Eventually it reached the point where I could touch it without feeling any pain.
