I can't speak for all, but I, and I'm sure many just like myself, have the head fully exposed during sex at all times. The skin does not roll over the head at any time... so this myth still doesn't make sense.

Q for guys who got Circed
-
i was just thinking about what a guy said on my thread, about having a damn good feeling when u roll the skin back over the head.

I've researched this topic extensively online. What I found was that the majority (not all) found that the sensitivity and pleasure that they got from their penis was better when uncut than circumcised. Circumcision reduced sensitivity and made sex less enjoyable for most of the guys who got circumcised as adults. Among the guys who reported that sensitivity and sex was better after circumcision, most of them had some problem with their foreskin (usually phimosis or non-retractable foreskin) where it was too tight, causing pain, couldn't be pulled back, etc. So in their case, circumcision offered them a better penis than before when they had a malfunctioning foreskin. But for those guys who had a normal healthy functioning foreskin, and got cut just for appearance reasons, most of them regret it later.

I have a fully functional foreskin, but I don't think rolling back and forth over the head of your dick is pleasurable! You hardly feel anything at all!During masturbation, I just roll my foreskin all the way back and start rubbing the head of the penis with some lube. That's when the feelings get really good. Trust me on this one.

would you guys get a circumcision if you were in my position? were every one else but you is. i like the look but the onlee shit scarin me is how much sensitivity is lost. and how my parents will react

What is your "position"?? As I understand it, you have no problems but just want it done. If that's the case.. then do it.

Yep, do whatever you feel like. However, the general concensus is that you lose a fair amount of sensitivity from being circumcised. There are a lot of people who say they lose a lot of sensitivity and struggle to get aroused at all, whilst others say only a little. There's also the comfort issue, as the general concensus is that it's a lot less comfortable, at least initially having no foreskin, especially with respects to masturbation (if you partake in that sort of thing) with many people having to lubricate. Personally, I considered the exact same thing, I even booked the circumcision but I pussied out of it in the end, even after a few visits to the hospital and giving urine samples etc (no idea why they insist on taking a urine sample when you get circumcised). I was put off by reading all the people who had got it done and regretted it. So I say don't do it without reading up on the subject extensively, especially if your only reasoning is that it's not "normal" or from the way people react - it's their problem and you could end up regretting it for a long time if you're not absolutely sure you want it done. If it's just for the sake of what some narrow minded people think then it's not worth it IMO. My $0.02

Don't be afraid of sensitivity loss. It still works just fine. But, this is a life-long commitment, you can't put it back on, so if you have any doubts at all, don't go for it. So don't do it just to see what it feels like.

Many men report a loss of sensitivity after their foreskin is removed. There is a theory that you don't lose much sensitivity if you were circumised shortly birth because your body can reorient the nerve endings etc. However if you get it done later in life, your body has already become used to being uncircumcised and thus it cannot readjust.
