ok, im a 15 year old teen and i masturbate about 2 or 3 times a week, and im having a problem, when I masturbate i can get to the point wher i "cum" but i know that cumming is supposed to feel really good and it doesnt, also it isnt really cum, its more like just normal urine, but i know from health class that you arent supposed to be able to pee when you have an erection, so i was wondering, could this be because i am not done with puberty yet, because if it is, well i started puberty 5 years ago, have plenty of pubes, a semi deep voice, and partial facial hair, or maybe its a prostate problem, all i no is that its really starting to get to me that i cant really cum, please respond with thoughts or suggestions!

Some people can pee with an erection. Is the stuff that comes out sticky? It's good to see you back!

no its not sticky at all, but when it is it BARELY is and its entirely clear

Hmm, it doesn't sound like clear cum (when cum first comes it is often clear) because that is pretty sticky. It doesn't even sound like pre-cum, because that is usually at least a bit sticky and slippery. Perhaps it is urine.Perhaps you haven't gone far enough, or perhaps your body isn't quite ready. Different parts of puberty often happen at different times - they often ignore the order that the textbooks say things happen in.

Well, to eliminate the possibility that you're ejaculating urine, make sure you pee right before you start to masturbate to empty your bladder. This way, whatever comes out when you masturbate, you know won't be urine. If nothing comes out, then you know that before it was in fact urine that you were getting. An erection doesn't prevent guys from urinating. You can still pee with a full erection (although it is often more difficult). However, it should be impossible to urinate during the moment of orgasm and ejaculation (assuming everything is functioning OK), which is what your health class meant to say. Are you getting to orgasm? Do you feel pulsing and contractions from the orgasm? I'm thinking you're not going far enough and stopping before you get to orgasm. This is common for a lot of boys who aren't used to the feelings of an orgasm the first time, because the feelings are very intense, and they get afraid of it and stop before it ever happens. Keep going on an empty bladder, and don't stop until you feel the really intense wonderful feeling of an orgasm. Hope this helps.
