Purple, I see nothing wrong with what Steve has added to this thread and by you coming here and attacking him has added nothing useful this thread but steer it off course.
Steve is a very smart man (Don't get me wrong Steve and I have had our issues), and if you really listen to some of the things he has to say, you'll learn quite a bit.
And Steve you have made some great points and always give me something great to read.
And Thor again I ask you to go back and answer the many questions I have asked you and you continue to ignore. To help you out I shall list a few I can think of right now:
Should a man and a women who wish to get married but want no children be denied the right to marry since they don't plan on producing children? You claim this as a reason why gay people should not be allowed to marry since they cannot produce children.
Should people who are not Christian not be allowed to get married? Should they be forced to create their own form of Union, call it something else but give it all the same rights and benefits as marriage?
Since in the bible it says women should not be teachers or pastors, are the female teachers and pastors of today going to hell? Should they be discriminated against?
How does a homosexual couple affect your life in anyway? Does it stop you from living a fulfilled life? Does it stop you from enjoying your children or spouse? Does it in some way stop you from being happy?
>Gay folks don't have any natural way of creating a family, and a gay couple isn't going to be able to provide the gender-specific role models that a husband/wife team can. (A previous post by you)
What about all those mothers and fathers that raise children by themselves? Are they less of a parent and their children are going to come out bad because they do not have a mother or father figure in their lives?
I'll end this here so not to over whelm you. Please indulge us with your answers.
