Also in foreskin and erect when I do try to pull the foreskin, a small part of gland just goes up and only a little?? It's like my skin doesn't strech and only a little goes through it

20 Years Old - Never pulled foreskin back before!

Welcome to A2A, crushedinsanity! I don't think a warm pool will make much difference: what is needed is regular stretching, at least every day and preferably twice or more a day. Stretch the foreskin sideways, but never over-do it. You don't want to tear the skin (which creates scar tissue), you just want to encourage it to grow looser. Be patient, and it will gradually loosen over a few months.
The glans should be connected to the foreskin by the frenulum, at the bottom only. Sometimes there are adhesions elsewhere that need working free, or occasionally the frenulum is too short, but work on loosening the foreskin first.
-
How long should I stretch the foreskin? Also do I put two fingers inside and then stretch it? Do I have to do it always in the bath? Also how do you know you tear the skin?
-
Also is it normal when I try to bring my foreskin back only a bit of glands goes through?
-
You don't have to do it in the bath. Two fingers inside is good if you can do it, but if it's tight, just stretching from outside is fine. There's no right answer for how long you do it--the longer the better, but it has to be practical. There should be no pain--pain means you are overdoing it.
It's not uncommon that only a bit of the glans shows through, but it does mean the foreskin is tighter than it should be.
-
About how long does it take to be able to stretch the foreskin back fully? I'm only able to pull it back around 1/4th of the way, maybe 1/3rd when flaccid and I have never pulled it back before. Also, the frenulum seems to be rather tight, though not to the point where it's a problem. Not now, at least. Thanks in advance.
-
@Anonymous as to how long the stretching takes, be thinking in terms of months--not weeks. You want to take it slow so that the skin slowly stretches. Be careful not to tear it because that leads to scar tissue.
-
So it's uncommon if only some glands come out? I think it's because the foreskin is too tight and the rest can't get out...
-
If you can't fully retract your foreskin it is too tight. You should begin the stretching exercises.
-
Like?? And is it uncommon if only some gland comes out instead of atleast the whole thing going through some...? Also what are the best stretching exercises?
-
@crushedinsanity There have been several posts on stretching techniques. I would suggest you go back about 6 or 8 in this very thread.

Im 16 and have been doing research on the issue as i have knowledge of others my age being able to retract their foreskin fully and i am self conscious due to not being able to do so. I was wondering if there is anything i could do to help my situation before it progresses to be a larger issue in the future or if my situation is normal for my age, thanks.
-
@John246
Well the answer is pretty obvious... If you want to help your situation, you need to start stretching. -
@sdp
yeah thats what i figured, any stretches you would recomend? thanks -
Hey im 17 and am also not circumcised. I accidentally saw my friend naked today and he was uncircumcised. Ever since then I've been self conscious about it and have been looking up stuff all day about this. I think my foreskin has been pulled back when I was little, but besides that I still have never been able to do it myself and it makes me feel ashamed... Besides that fact my friends penis from what I saw was almost double the size of mine (flacid). Is it too late to incourage growth at all by stretching and making the sensitivity bearable?
Ps. Should change the topic to stretching exercise discusion haha -
Welcome to A2A, Syndel. It's certainly not to late to loosen the foreskin by regular stretching--it works at any age. The sensitivity of the glans will reduce with regular exposure.
A looser foreskin will be better for sex. It won't however increase your penis size.
-
@Syndel All guys seem to be programmed alike. Maybe it's our competitive nature that makes us feel that another guy's penis is bigger than ours, when in reality it may not be. So what if it is? There isn't a competition that yields a prize.
Several thoughts on your post:
-
It may very well be that your penis when erect is larger than your friend's. Again, so what if it is? There is no correlation between flaccid size and erect size.
-
There is no (safe) way to lengthen your penis. Losing weight (if your body mass is on the heavy side) will help to give the appearance of a longer penis. So will being able to retract your foreskin. As Ineligible stated above, stretching exercises can be started at any age. In your case, that would be now.
-
Being able to retract your foreskin is not only for appearance, and not only for sexual pleasure. It is also for good hygiene. Dead skin cells and body oils get trapped under the forskin and can cause an odor. You should clean your penis just like you do the rest of your body.
-
Retracting the foreskin will help, in time, with the sensitivity of your glans. You want it to be somewhat sensitive. There are a lot of nerve endings there for a reason.. But it shouldn't be painful.

hello everyone. i am new here and i have the same problem as daniel. i am 16 years old i have tried to pull the skin back in the past but i was not able. iread every tip you gave daniel and there is only one question. is there any balsam or something that will help me do the job?
-
@heloo Not really and you shouldn't need anything unless you have an extreme case of tight skin.
-
@heloo You might try when you're in the shower or after having soaked in a bath and the skin should reply to stretching better.
