@heloo My brother told he he used to take a hot bath and let everything get relaxed and loose then would do his stretching exercises in the tub. He also suggested using mineral oil or Olive oil while you pull and stretch the skin. He said it took him a few month of stretching it overtime he pee'd, showered or took a bath. Give it a try and good luck. Just remember not to rush it or you could rip the skin and that's painful down there. It hurt Worst more than zipping your dick up in your zipper

20 Years Old - Never pulled foreskin back before!
-
@Ineligible and @readytogo Hey guys! Hi! It's been a month now and I can completely retract while flaccid beyond the corona!! :)
Although while erect the foreskin only retracts halfway through the head and becomes very tight just before the corona, non retractable! I think this is good enough improvement, what do you guys say? -
actually i have already ripped my penis in the past like 3-4 years ago maybe will it be a problem in the future?
-
@rush Great progress!! You might think about continuing the stretching until you can get full retraction when erect.
-
@heloo You ripped your penis.... What does that mean? Kind of vague.

Hi I'm 15 years old I masturbate all the time and I can't get my foreskin all the way back! I had sex with my gf other day and with a ckndom it is fine but without it hurts because it's tight, there's a red stringy thing just above my pee hole that's attached to my skin on the outside, I have never had it past the head but some days it's tighter than others
-
@tightyforeskin That "red, stringy thing" is your frenulum. You have two--the other is under your tongue and is probably larger.
If you can't get your foreskin all the way back you. my friend, are a candidate for stretching exercises to slowly stretch the foreskin. There are detailed instructions elsewhere on this forum. The reason it is important to be able to fully retract is not only for sex, but for hygiene. Dead skin cells and body oils will become trapped and begin to smell.
The head of your penis, the glans, has been covered for 15 years and it is natural for it to be a little sensitive. But that will go away as you complete the stretching exercises. The condom, when you used it, became a substitute for your foreskin in keeping the glans covered.
One question, however. Why would you have sex without a condom? 15 is a little young to become a father.

I also have phimosis. i'm 14, and will probably be having sex pretty soon. (at the rate we're going, maybe 2 weeks?) today i managed to pull my foreskin over the full head of my penis while flacid for the first time in 14 years, but when i touched it to try to get that horrid smegma off of the head, it felt like my penis was satanic and someone splashed holy water on it. So sensitive! i figure if i'm trying to prepare for sex i'll have to deal with two major issues, A) being able to retract it comfortably while erect, and B) fixing the sensitivity problem. now i know through countless hours of reading that stretching is the only way to fix a tight foreskin, but i was wondering about fixing B, the sensitivity issue, will the sensitivity become regular faster then the stretching? roughly the same pace? also, are there any recommended ways to de-sensitize it? thanks.
-
@suchweirdstuff The sensitivity will decrease as the glans (head) becomes used to being exposed for cleaning. Be patient and remember that it's been covered by your foreskin for 14 years. In the meantime you've just got to bear with it.
You're on the right track.
-
@suchweirdstuff Don't forget to have condoms ready! If you haven't used one before it is worth trying putting one on in advance.
-
im 15 and i try and strech my foreskin but it wont go down my penis. When i strech it the top of the foreskin becomes really tight when im pulling it down and it can not go over the head. i hve never used lubricants before
-
@Liam1234567 How long have you consistently been doing the stretching exercises? It is not an immediate results thing.
-
Okay so I am now 12 years old and have only found out about pulling the foreskin back and washing yesterday I immediently tried but didn't get to the foreskin not even the tip I am worried and don't know what To do
-
@Temp123 First of all, welcome to A2A. We're truly glad that you posted your question. Secondly--RELAX. You have nothing to be worried about. The foreskin usually begins to separate from the shaft when you start puberty, which you probably have not been in for long, or maybe not at all, yet. And that, too, is normal.
When you find that your foreskin has separated from the shaft, you should begin thinking about starting the stretching exercises outlined earlier in this thread and elsewhere on the site.
Just give things a little time, and if you feel that you need to follow up, feel free to do so. -
I am 15 and I read this article today. I went in the shower and attempted to peel back the foreskin but I was feeling very squirmy and uncomfortable. I managed to peel it back a little, about 1.3 cm in diameter-only a tiny bit. But it was hurting so I stopped. I did this three times and 1.3 was the furthest I got until it started hurting(further each try). Should I keep doing this each day to try and stretch it so I can jerk off and ejaculate(tried that for the first time today but was too reluctant too peel foreskin back)? I am only new to this stuff and the idea of peeling back the foreskin makes me extremely squeamish and uncomfortable.
Please help,
Thanks,
Alex -
@qwertyalex Being able to pull your foreskin back is not a quick process. Think in terms of doing it a little at a time over several months. You read that right--it takes months and not days. Trying it in a warm shower is a good ides. Slowly stretch it by placing your fingers inside the foreskin on opposing sides of your shaft and gently pulling the foreskin away from your penis. Be careful not to rush things. You don't want to tear the skin. As you do this, be sure to wash the newly exposed penis. There many be some uncomfortableness or pain at first, but that will eventually subside.
-
@Temp123 I'm also 12 years old and I have started doing these exercises for about two months but have focused on it recently and after taking a hot shower today I was finally able to pull it back past the head and I send the best regards to you and it's journey from a fellow 12 year old
-
I have a question today what is the white spot I have I was investigating and it might be pearly penile whatever but yeah also when I pull foreskin over head it looks like the skin from it clumps up after and looks kinda weird is it because it's the first pulling it back that far
-
@Killlerwolf Pearly penile papules are normally found on the edge of the glans (head). See the picture in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hirsuties_coronae_glandis
The foreskin clumping up a bit is also normal--see the same picture. If it folds over itself so that it's hard to bring it back forward, that's less desirable.

@Ineligible thanks for answering my questions
