Red bump or Red zit that WONT GO AWAY

I just hate my penis.. there's always some fucking thing wrong with it, I try to leave it alone and dont look at it but it doesnt work? Theres always a little issue somewhere on it that bugs me.. I got a lil red zit that has been there for a month now and it wont go away? is there any ways I can get a surgery for that or any kind of cream or something to make it disappear? Here's a picture

I highly doubt surgery will be necessary. It's probably an ingrown hair. Those can hang around for quite awhile.

How long have you had this? It appears as if you may shave. If that is true, an in grown hair is likely. Are you concerned about STD's?

I'm actually not really concerned about it cuz I'm not sexually active.. The only sexual activities I have is with my self.. but I still go check once in a while at the doctor just to see if everythings is ok..

If you're not sexually active,then it can't be anything serious. More likely than not that it's an infected sebaceous gland. Your hand won't cause anything like that.
