I had allot of people that was "calorie counting" over anything else.
Allot of people say Drink Milk or Juice over Soda. But in reality.
While Milk is over all better because it has protein. What allot of people seem to fail to realize is a can of soda is around a pints worth.
2% milk is 130 or so calories. but if you get the same amount as a can of soda it's 240-260 calories (although 16g of protein).
I was looking at allot of juices and allot of them are 120-140 calories per serving and 40g of sugar. About the same as a soda except again if you had a pints worth it'd be 240-280 calories and 80 grams of sugar
So honestly, in my opinion drink whatever you want. If you're really worried about calorie counting, only drink water or unsweetened teas or barely sweetened like most green teas
