Trump, eh? Sounds a bit like the Perot candidacy. Perhaps he could give us a third party that actually values fiscal responsibility. That would be novel!

Fellow Moderates, please vote for Kerry

There may have been stuff that Bush did that I thought was less than honest, but I voted for him. (My best friend is a liberal feminist too by the way (that's for Sexpot, lol)So we had lots of arguments). The thing I had to was just play with a balance and jelly beans and ask myself questions about each parties stance and the one with most pro's won. Now I know that's probably not the best way to go about doing all of that but hey, to each his own.I liked Bush the first time around. Personally, I like owning guns and I like having the option to do just that. I don't like the idea that only cops can have guns. It just ain't right. And Bush was endorsed by the NRA. On another note, I am completely pro-life and I am a female (before anyone starts about rape, etc. please be aware that for years I was abused by the guy that used to babysit me, so I know what it's like). I'm also a big business supporter. People fail to realize that without big business this country would fall (Wal-mart also supports the Republican party). It's run on big business. The government doesn't make a dime. We (the people) pay them with our taxes. Do I agree with them getting all the tax breaks? I don't really know. Sometimes I agree. Sometimes I don't. I'm wishy washy on that part because I haven't seen any real evidence where it hurts or helps people.Democratic wise - FDR did a lot of great things for this country and I'm not dog on it. However, what he did for this country he did at THAT time. When we needed it. But now you have more people taking advantage of things like welfare than you have people actually using it for any good and I think that's bogus. They're getting something for nothing and I'm the one that pays for it. And that leads me to believe that democrats want something for nothing which is a Socialist point of view, where the government takes money that I make working my ass off and disperses it to everyone else and gives me the part of my paycheck that they think I need. And I don't agree with that. The same thing goes with social security benefits. Those benefits were made for people who earned them. But yet you have people who adopt their grandchildren or something and then their grandchildren end up drawing their social security and that's not right either because they didn't earn that. Again just some things about the democratic party that I don't agree with. My two cents. Take it or leave it. I'm a republican, so I learn to take what most people say with a grain of salt. And I'm with Steppenwolf on this patriot thing. If Kerry had gotten elected I would've supported him because that's just the way it is. You support your leaders whether you like them or not.
