I also do not recommend my method.
10 pounds (around) for riding my bike 20 minutes a day last summer. 10 minutes uphill, 10 minutes down hill. It was for 2 weeks before i lost my bike...

I lost like 10 pounds last year cause I was on antibiotics that ended up making me puke everyday for like 2 months. Although this past winter I lost 15 pounds cheerleading and dancing for 25-30 hours a week. The good part was I still ate whatever I wanted. I'm not the best role model for this type of thing.

I lost over 30 lbs whie i was in prison.
I did 58 days on a menta eval and didnt eat any of the shit they gave me while I was there, had oeny on my books and bought all my shit from the commisary, but thats lmited to cookies, fruit snacks and shit like that, eating that and walking around a cell in tiny circles for hours on end will drop pound after pound, I only drank coffee or water that entire time and as your not allowed to have sugar (sugar is used in fermenting and making homemade alchahol and is banned in the penile system) so all my coffee was black.
I didnt need to lose that wieght, it took me 2 years after I got out to get it all back and I do reccomend the method, it teaches ya som eshit, like shutting the fuck up, mind your own business, just because you see something doesntmean ya seen anything, and it means the worst part of your life is over once your out. Iv never been embaracedsine I got out, ftakig a shit with 17 other men and the guards, both male and female watching you, that sorta destroys any humility ya had, I no longer give a rats ass what anyone thinks of me and Im much more out going. While the experience sucked, the change it brought about after my release was great.

Last year, I lost almost 20 lbs by exercising at least 3 times a week for about an hour and a half each time. I had work out videos: step aerobics and some carido and some work on a stability ball, then I did some sit ups each time too. I also drank slim fast, the generic version of it, and stopped eating junk food and didn't eat past 9 or 10 pm. I did drink more water too. I didn't eat perfectly, but I ate better. I didn't drink pop at home, but when we out to eat I would, had to give myself a little treat.
I would love to loose like 10 more lbs. just haven't gotten motivated to do it right now. I got out of the habit of exercising a couple months ago, my life got kinda busy, and just haven't gotten back in to it.
Going to the gym 4 times a week for at least an hour and a half, and eating well. I haven't actually lost any weight. But I definetly have lost fat. Just call me Arnie

constant drinking and pneumonia, bronchitus, and sinus infection. It was awful. I lost 50 pounds. DO not recommend that either.
When I first went to the gym I dropped down to 114 pounds (close the lightest kid in my school) then I shot to 140 (my current weight) in about 6 months gradually. That's where I want to be though.

The fastest i lost weight was when i got my appendix out, i lost like 15 pounds in 2 days. thats like huge appendix huh.lol i think it was more the not eating.
but normaly if i want to loose some weight i just run a lot.
