How can I get the itching under control??? And should I shave again tomorrow or the next day????
-
So, I was in the shower and shaved down there..but
-
get used to it...not really sure how else.
-
A: get used to it. B: keep shaving everytime stubble grows back. C: don't shave again, and let it grow back to a length that is manageable, and trim from then on.
-
Ah Ok. I read on a site that baby powder helps the itching. Is this true?
-
Gold Bond powder is quite effective, unfortunately, it has a bit of a medicinal smell. You'll also want to rinse before any oral.
-
if it gets really bad they make some cream for the genitals (i forget what it's called)
-
ya im in the same boat as you this is onlym scond time shaving but befre i trimmed always short.it took me a week beofrei got the bumps i have had them for 3 days now but myn arnt that bad.i remember the first time man the hole week sucked iwas always itching
-
if you shave WITH the grain you wont get bumps - also take your time. there is also a creme called bikini zone in the women's ailse that helps with the itching.
-
yup i did with the grain.lol no one told this guy that good point.um who can mentaly go and buy somthing like that?i would rather wait it out.
-
Thanks for the help guys. luckily no bumps have appeared and the itching, suprisingly, is very minimal.Whats this about shaving with the grain???
-
shave With the Grain....in other words start below your bely butten and shave down (down shae up)and so on.always shave down adn short strokes rinse shake the shaver and go a bit more (with the downwad motion)

if you dont want pubs u can just get one of those creams that literally pulls out the roots of ur pubs so u dont get them anymore =) that works and i dont think it itches hehe.
-
you have to be very careful with those cremes on that part of the body.
-
it shouldnt itch. ive done it in the shower. alot easier cuz you can just be in the water and the hair washes away from ya.well at least it hasnt itched for me.
-
i posted about those creamsevery one said dont use them so im going to say no dont use them.
-
I just shaved in the shower again today, after not doing it for a while. It's nice to be shaved, I think. I also found a faster way of doing it, so now it doesn't take me almost half an hour in the shower to do it.I personally find that it feels cleaner being shaved, but I've been switching between shaved and unshaved lately. Just trying to decide which I prefer, I guess.
-
thanks for all the tips guys. Well the bumbs have sorta stared to show up. nothing heavily bumpy though. just a few here and there. and the itching suprisingly isnt as horrible as the first time i shaved down there.
-
i think you get used to it. seriously tho - that bikini zone does help a lot. dont be embrassed to buy it. also powder on there after the shower session you shaved during. i dunno why - but that helps me wiht bumps too
-
You have to shave every day, and you have to use something to keep your skin smoth and dry. You get the itch and red spots because of friction and rubbing your own skin against each other.

i chose not to shave, but when i did it once, it was really itchy!
